The Battle is Among You
Do You See the Battle Lines Form?
In August 2022, the Lord gave me these words:
“Hear My words and write. The battle is among you. Do you see the battle lines forming? The skirmishes? My children, those who call Me Lord, have peace. My hand will cover you. My right hand will guide you. Fear not, for I am the Lord, the God of Jacob. As I fought for him and My people, I will fight for you. The victory is Mine. This I have seen, this I know. Who can stand against Me? Have faith, for I am a good God.
Hear the word of the Lord. Cities will crumble. Power structures will cease. Who will govern the people? Who will be their judge in dispute? Satan seeks to destroy. I, the Lord, will fortify. I, the Lord, will raise a broken land in strife and chaos. I, the Lord, will rise from the rubble born of man. The destruction of their land lies upon their shoulders.
Have My people listened?
Do they pray?
Do they seek a Lord who listens?
You, in your folly, struggle with this very thing. How much more does a man struggle who has not seen, does not know, and fails to believe? Idols have been sought for comfort. Do idols bring peace in war? Are their foundations secure and their pillars mighty? I, the Lord, am good. I, the Lord, await the cries of My people. Do I hear them now? Their voices are silent. Soon their voices will cry to Me, and My mercy will be great. I, the Lord, will listen. I, the Lord, will forgive their folly — their worship of idols made by man.
What must I do for the people to see?
What must I allow?
Why must I watch misery fall on many?
My heart weeps for what comes. My people are asleep. The enemy gathers openly as My people slumber. They cling to their idols, the things of old.
Why must they suffer at all? They suffer because they do not listen.
Your country crumbles before your eyes. I have called you to tell them, to awaken them from their slumber. Does your voice shout from the mountaintops or whisper in silence? I say, shout. Blood will be on your hands if you do not. Plots of evil are seen by few. People hide their eyes from what comes. I, the Lord, watch as a country of God crumbles under the deceit of the few. Their ways are not hidden from the Lord. My judgment over evil awaits.
Listen intently to My words. Wake up, My people.
What must I allow?
What must you endure before I hear the voices of repentance?
My heart weeps. I see what comes; I know each thing.
Why must this misery pass before Me?
Why must it fall on those I love?
My heart weeps.
Write no more, for the Lord your God has spoken.”
